Friend zone...

OMG GUYS

Today was a sick day for me I have been sneezing and have a sore throat. Totally sucks but lucky for me I am feeling better after a couple shots of Nyquil YUCKKKK (yes shots)

Ok so I was catching up on some MTV ... ugh I know it's such a different channel these days.
Anyways I saw an episode of a show called the Friend Zone omg it was the cutest thing ever!!

This girl has had a crush on her best friend who is a guy they have to be like 17 both pretty shy and she was saying how she sometimes feel like he's flirting with her when they hang out yet he never made a move. So of course that got me thinking well why doesn't she say something or make a move herself. I feel like so many girls well go forever without expressing their feelings about someone they like because they are afraid of loosing their friend or being rejected. This show was all about JUMPING OUT OF THE FRIEND ZONE.

Point of the story they girl acts like she's going on a picnic with another guy and the boy she likes his giving her all these tips and what not. He goes with her to the park to set the picnic up for her and "her date". When they get there she tells him about how she has been feeling. OF COURSE MTV has totally mastered the craft of suspense and making me sit on the end of my seat ha anyways the her friend is totally into her and never said anything because he didn't want to ruin their friendship UGHHH OMG RIGHT! geez It was the cutest thing bc he advised her not to kiss on the first date and when they where on the date he was like oh well forget what I told you about kissing... haha and he asked her to be his girlfriend. SO SWEET aww young love.... haha

Ok I don't know if I'll ever be able to watch MTV again but I had to share how awesome this one episode was it was so sweet... I wish I remembered that girls name. damn it!

Hey everyone,

I've seen a couple articles on papaya being extremely good for preserving youthful skin and other benefits. Is it not awesome that the fruits we eat can be smashed up and put on our face as an extra bonus?? I wonder what else I can put on my face....

Papaya baby!

Ok but really check this link out tells you everything you need to know about this awesome fruit and how to make the face mask your self.

What you need:
- Half a papaya, pips scooped out
- 2 table spoons oats
- A dash of olive/coconut oil
- Juice of about 1/4 of a lemon

1. Scoop out the seeds of the papaya and remove the skin. Cut the fruit into small pieces and mush it up either in a blender or with a fork
2. Grind the oats 
3. Mix the papaya and the oats together
4. Add the oil and the lemon juice, and you're set to go!
5. Apply the mask onto the whole face and neck, avoiding the eye area, leave for 10 mins or so and wash off

     So I am totally obsessed with this girl,

So obviously like everyone else in this world Ms. Selena is growing up and taking on bigger and different roles. So it really is no surprise to me that she is one of the four pretty ladies staring in this years Spring Breakers, set to be out in March.

From this picture alone this reminds me of a couple 90's movies like Kids and Thirteen!! If you haven't heard of those get on Google and watch those trailers I bet you will want to watch them! 

I personally can't say I was ever this "fun", ha I actually never had a "spring break" from my decade at UH #gocoogs. I was always trying to catch up on studying or last minutes papers or doing anything that completely killed my attempt at Spring Break.

 I watched the trailer for the movie and I gather that these four, want to have a good time and totally end up in the wrong place at the right time and get a little wild and dangerous to say the least.

Another mini obsession

Hey guys,

Ok this one isn't so mini...

NOT SO MINI AT ALL

How can a girl not love this guy? I mean really! He started out as a Hip Hop rapper in the 80's turn model thus turning him  into one of the most successful actors/ producers in the world. I'd say he totally made the clean transition from teen idol to respected actor for sure.

Honestly what movie is he in that isn't good........ (silence)

I know guys love him and girls do too! Obviously for two completely difference reasons. I know my boyfriend enjoys Mark's movies, except The Other Guys for some reason he doesn't find it absolutely hilarious. IDK what my bf is thinking.  

oh why not! 

Anyways I am very interested in his upcoming movie Pain & Gain Mark and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson star in this movie that is based on a 1999 series of Miami New Times articles about "a couple of Florida steroid- abusing knucklehead bodybuilders who become criminals involved in an extortion ring and a kidnapping plot that goes horribly wrong".

TOTALLY RANDOM RIGHT!?? I think so too but I know ill watch this movie. I mean it is a Michael Bay movie, it has two of the most physically fit and most famous actors as the main characters What's not to like?

I hope everyone had a great new year and christmas.

The love of my life just recently returned from a trip to visit his mother in New Mexico for the Holidays. Meaning I was beyond bored and missing the fella! He came "home" on December 30th right on time to ring in 2013 with yours truly! I was seriously the happiest girl in the world.

I was pretty much on cloud nine; we spent New Years Eve redecorating his room! He lives in an apartment with his roomie/frat brother and they have decided to resign a lease so he figured why not finally put some things on the wall... men always afraid of commitment hahaha wait I shouldn't be laughing at that. -_______-  <-- #WHALE FACE

just the most important wall...

We had planned on going out for N.Y.E night but after a long day of measuring and nailing and making his room perfect we just wanted to relax.

I think we did a great job, just look at it, certificates from the college of business at UH #gocoogs, his diploma and of course two of his favorite quarterback from only the "Best Football team in the world" The Greenbay Packers ( I've totally jumped on that wagon once we started dating, gotta support my man. WHAT? no i am not a TExans fan never have been and wont be wagons are not my style)

Oh and side note ladies next time you are wondering what to get your bf/husband and you live in Houston or around the area I advise you to check out Field of dream in the Galleria mall (2nd floor) it's a no brainier. That would be the place I got him the framed autographed Aaron Rogers jersey... yup I am amazing i know i know.

Mini obsession

Good morning!


I have to say I am totally obsessed with my new iPad mini, that my love got me for Christmas! After an I.T guy at work over heard me talking to a co-worker about possibly wanting a Kindle Fire (what was I thinking?). I love reading and what better way to read all my favorite books than on one device. You can't expect me to carry three books at once right? Plus its my way of going green.

Anyways "I.T guy" was like no blah blah it's going to be better than any tablet blah blah blah cheaper than the original iPad with all the perks  blah blah it will be smaller too. 

 BETTER+CHEAPER+EQUAL to O.G iPad+ SMALLER = SOLD

Easily sold? Yeah so maybe I am but for one thing it was an Apple product that alone got my attention plus I knew I could expect great design and a quality product. #teamApple.
 
 I honestly use it more than my iPhone, these days I don't even want to take calls (like I ever did). A number of my friends (the smart ones, j/k) own iPhones so I am always texting them via the MINI and I do everything I did with my phone with this pretty baby. I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! 

My iPad mini a.k.a LOLA

SEE that's ^^ it isn't it a beauty ha ok ok so I maybe a little of a Apple/Tech Nerd but I am proud of it you better believe it. I even put a screen protector I got from ZAGG.com yup I "installed" that bad boy on myself surprisingly it was pretty easy to do, after my anxiety attack of having those stupid air bubbles all over my screen. Fortunately for me I was a total pro and it looks amazing and its finger print resistant!!

ha yes I like that name LOLA it is. : )

Oh and the lovely chevron pattern case, I don't remember where I got it but it was another online shopping adventure.

LOVE IT and if your thinking about getting any sort of hand held device (I refuse to call this a tablet its not a freaking tablet) you should totally invest in a iPad, or iPad mini. Rather I ADVISE you to invest in a lovely iPad of your own. 

What I use my Mini for:

• Checking e-mails
• Updating my Instagram account (but of course you can follow me @Sarahann_23)
• TEXTING DUH!
• Reading books and magazines
• Music (no headphones for me)
• Pinterest browsing (oh you want to follow my pins you say on follow me @sarahannslz)
• Twitter updates (oh hey I have one of those too! You guessed it follow me @sarahann_23)
• AND ALL OF MY OTHE 600+ apps.  : )

New Year... 2013 the year of the blog?

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

It's a NEW YEAR and I've decided to start a blog... yay me! ha Ok sooo I know you may be wondering what the heck is a "Consigliere"(kohn-seel-YEHR-eh) well I'll tell ya doll. I kind of have a small (HUGE) thing for Italian mob/gangster movies, in those movies a Consigliere is an adviser or counselor to the boss with the additional responsibility of representing the boss in important meetings... where is she going with this you ask. HELLO I too am an "adviser" at least most of my friends think so. I am the voice you wish you had not only the voice of reason but you know the things you think but never say out loud? THAT'S where I come in (hahaha kidding, BUT seriously).
